As a homeless person myself, I'm so sick of watching people who need help get ignored because people are too busy trying to live in their perfect world. I have sat and watched other homeless beg for just a few cents and not only are they ignored, they are looked down on. I plan to finish filming a documentary called WHERE THE DEAD PRESIDENTS GO. It will make it hard for people to deny that homelessness is a problem that needs to be addressed and hopefully we'll break the habbit of trying to pretend the world is fine when it's not.

The documentary is a good idea, but I'm not sure that posting on a homeless website is the best place to look for funds. I'd be lucky if I would be able to even watch your film after it's made. I'd try college forums, or perhaps some of the standard groups that are known to help the homeless, like the Salvation Army, or Alpha Project. |
