To-day's San Jose Mercury News has , as its main front page picture , a 57-year old " formerly homeless man " who became employed and housed after completing a paid internship at an organization called Good karma Bikes , run by one Jim Gardner , with the story bylined to one Mike Cassidy .

The picture on the front of the paper Merc , BTW , is different from all of the ones shown on the Web version , I don't know why .
