Kevin; I vowed never look at your blog again. But, glutton for punishment that I am, I did. I am referring to your recent post about those big, bad, heartless San Diego police officers who had the nerve to make the homeless leave.
Those cops were not part of a publicity stunt to help rich people-they were doing their job! Hey, police officers see a lot of misery every day-many of them feel sorry for the homeless. What is to be done; lay them off & give their pay to the homeless? That would solve everything, wouldn't it?
I lived in a homeless shelter in Dallas for 4 months-can't say I liked it much. The Dallas PD was a frequent visitor there, due to problems caused by the residents. Oh, I forgot-it's not their fault that they are homeless. Their parents are to blame.
Where are your brains, anyway?

Look in Places in America they evict family members for helping families that became homeless through no fault if their own. Then the judge evicts the family and the person who let them stay. Then after that the police arrest everyone on bogus charges even the kids. Not for doing wrong but because they dont have homeless ppl in their town. Then the family tries to move on but they employ public defenders who know its wrong and corrupt but are paid by the same ppl. Not everyone is in the same boat. Some if us just fell onto hard times in a very bad economy and have jobs . So be careful when judging. Shout out to Fayetteville and Peachtree City Georgia. Where being homeless will not only get you arrested but anyone who helps...
